Synpol, the logo of the company derived its name from Synthetics & Polymer Industries, then a partnership company, established in 1964, with a view to develop and market import substitute products in the Indian market. The partnership company was started by the technocrats Mr. Vinod J. Kothari, a Chairman & Managing Director and late Mr. P. L. Joshi, both post-graduate degree holders of Paints and Coatings from Department of Chemical Technology, University of Bombay. Synpol Products Private Ltd. is a Private Limited Company which was initially established as a Partnership Company with a view to develop and market import substitute products in India

Synpol is committed to give their customers, consistent quality assurance for their entire range of products. This assurance begins from the purchase of the raw-materials, it’s analytical testing and approval before consumption, stringent control of processing parameters, intermediate quality monitoring and approval of the finished products before dispatch. Stringent specifications and procedures for the purchase of raw materials, processing parameters and specifications of the finished goods testing are being laid down in detail by the Quality Control Department and being strictly followed, without any compromise and deviations from the standards.
